Delivery Instructions and Timeframes

Upon order we intend to dispatch your products within 1-2 working days.

MYS uses Australia post for all local deliveries within Australia.

Australia Post allows 1-3 working days for local Sydney deliveries, 4-5 days for deliveries outside of NSW.

Upon dispatch, an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated address.

For overseas deliveries MYS will use the most price sensitive courier service and holds trade accounts with all major international couriers

MYS is not liable for import duties and taxes of our products sent abroad, this is the receiver’s responsibility.

Please ensure address details are correct.

MYS will take note of all delivery instructions provided at the time of purchase.

Faulty Products

If goods are faulty, an exchange or refund after 7 days of purchase will be given at the purchasers cost to return.
